Delivery of Artworks will be communicated to artists prior to the event. Once details have been publicised NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

POSTAL ENTRIES: are to be addressed to Bundaberg Art Prize and be delivered to ART PLUS, 15 Electra Street, Bundaberg, Qld, 4670.


IN PERSON: Artworks are to be collected from the Bundaberg CBD location* between the hours of 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm Sunday, 22nd November 2020.  If a person other than yourself is collecting your work record their name and contact details on entry form. Any other person collecting your work must have signed permission with them on the day of collection. No works shall be removed during the exhibition.

RETURN FREIGHT: Entrants are responsible for return of their own work. All freight costs shall be prepaid. Consignment notes shall accompany the packages. Works sent by Australia Post shall be returned C.O.D. Return freight consignment note, receipt number, stamps, prepaid voucher, other / notes etc, must be attached to entry upon delivery. NB: Please advise couriers that works can be picked up from Monday 30th November and not before from ART PLUS, 15 Electra Street, Bundaberg Qld 4670

FAILURE TO COLLECT: Bundaberg Art Prize has no responsibility to hold works that have not been collected at the appointed time unless prior arrangements have been made with the President. All uncollected works become the property of the Bundaberg Arts Festival Association Inc and will be disposed of as the Association sees fit.
