DELIVERY Delivery of Artworks will be between the hours of 9am and 3pm on Sunday 15 September 2019, to a location in the Bundaberg CBD.  Location will be advised via email closer to the event.

Postal Works are to be addressed to Bundaberg Arts Festival and be delivered to ART PLUS, 15 Electra Street, Bundaberg, Qld, 4670.



RETURN FREIGHT: Entrants are responsible for return of their own work. All freight costs shall be prepaid. Consignment notes shall accompany the packages. Works sent by Australia Post shall be returned


C.O.D. COLLECTION IN PERSON: Artworks are to be collected from the Bundaberg CBD location* between the hours of 9.30 am and 3.00 Sunday, 29th September 2019 If a person other than yourself is collecting your work record their name and contact details on entry form. Any other person collecting your work must have signed permission with them on the day of collection. No works shall be removed during the exhibition.

FAILURE TO COLLECT: Bundaberg Arts Festival Association Inc has no responsibility to hold works that have not been collected at the appointed time unless prior arrangements have been made with the President. All uncollected works become the property of the Bundaberg Arts Festival Association Inc and will be disposed of as the Association sees fit.
